Q: Can I make a reservation for a transport service that is not a wine tour?
A: Yes, if your destination is to or from an airport or a train station. If you're looking for a ride that will take you or your group about 25 miles or farther from your starting point, then it is also recommended. (Wine Tours are of course always encouraged to reserve).
Q: Is gratuity included (How much should I tip)?
A: Gratuity is not included in your price and tipping is totally up to you and/or your group. Your driver is certainly grateful to receive anything extra if you were happy with your service.
Q: What is the cancellation policy once we have booked?
A: If you have booked tour or transport service, please try to be courteous enough to cancel 72 hours ahead of time. At this time, there is no deposit with your booking, and hope that it can remain that way.
Q: Can we bring food?
A: You are welcome to bring your own food as there is plenty of room for it; also it's the cheaper way to go. There are plenty of areas to go and take a lunch break. No consumption of food in the vehicle though, but non alcoholic beverages with lids are ok.
Q: Can I bring any pets with me (us)?
A: On a wine tour, No - Most wineries are not welcoming of them anyways. If you want to on another scheduled trip, then Yes - if they are in their own kennel. An additional $25 is also charged for a pet.
